Facilities Master Plan & Developer Fees

On June 1, 2020 the Orinda Union School District Board of Trustees approved a resolution to increase developer fees as authorized by the State Allocation Board.

The new fees are:

• $4.08 per square foot for residential construction
• $0.66 per square foot for commercial construction

Developer fees are divided:

• 70% to the Orinda Union School District                              (OUSD 70% Share = $2.86-residential and               $0.462-commercial)
• 30% to the Acalanes Union High School District
